LED Screen at IQL Stratford London 2021

The Stratford Summer Screen 2021 was designed and produced to be a highly advanced stand alone activation. A custom designed LED screen activation for the summer of 2021. Visitors to IQL and local residents were entertained all summer in this fantastic unique modern space. A jam packed program of films, sports screenings and documentaries were shown daily.

Guests could make use of a huge range of refreshment and food from the growing number of outlets in the area. Being located between the site of the Westfield Stratford City shopping centre and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park made this a perfect location to support the local economy. Not to mention having a very positive effect on everyone mental health and feeling safe in an event environment again.

System Design

Careful planning and design was necessary to not only ensure the safety of our audiences but also the technical success of the event. The size and height of the screen was critical to allow a comfortable and safe experience.

Unaffected by the record breaking sunny days British weather, delivering a high quality reproduction of each film. A perfectly tuned sound system was used to project sound across the space but no further. We designed and build a bespoke fully contained structure complete with all the necessary ballast, vinyl wrap, outdoor LED screen, audio and full control system.

An experienced technical team supported setup, operation and pack down, with minimal disruptions to the local community. It was once again an unforgettable experience blessed with beautiful sunny days.
