Vortex Events specialises in audio video equipment hire. We cater for a wide variety of AV activities in the event and business industries. We also offer extensive technical support services.
Based in Hertfordshire, we are able to cover the whole of the UK. Some areas we operate in include London, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire. Vortex Events is able to offer support for corporate events and conferences, promotional campaigns, theatre presentations, sporting events, seminars, concerts and touring bands (Just to name a few!).
With highly experienced AV project managers, we can help you plan, supply, install and operate our high-tech AV equipment. Some of the technology we offer includes projectors, LED screens, lighting and PA systems. We offer dry hire of all equipment, as well as full production support for everything from musical productions, TV shows and dance events, to touring theatre productions, festivals, and corporate events of any scale.
Our vision at Vortex Events is to ensure total customer satisfaction. We have a combined knowledge of over 20 years in the events industry and are passionate about offering excellent service and support. The principles of reliability, honesty, integrity are integral to our business and we have a desire to help clients keep within budget, whilst exceeding their event objectives. We employ the latest technology and use highly skilled and experienced AV engineers to ensure we can meet this goal.
