Wild Beasts an English indie rock band, formed in 2002 in Kendal a market town in in Southern Cumbria. Releasing their first single ‘Brave Bulging Bouyant Clairvoyants’ in 2006 Initially signed by bad sneakers Records. Moving on to signing on to Domino Records whereby they went on to release 5 acclaimed albums. The first dubbed them as one of the top 10 bands “tipped for the top” by NME. Subsequently going on to be nominated for a Mercury Prize for their second Album ‘Two Dancers’. Numerous more accolades were to follow throughout the years but in 2017 all good things must come to an end. Wild Beasts announcing a disbandment. To say goodbye they released a live album ‘Last Night All My Dreams Came True’ and three final farewell shows.
Design
Having worked together previously on their 2016 tour, we were able to come together again. Providing lighting, led screens and content creation services to make it a farewell show to remember. Rigging and de-rigging team on site for each day to set up each event venue.
Support
Lighting and sound technicians were available throughout the farewell tour without missing a beat the Vortex team was were effectively able to deliver through unrehearsed encores at the end of each show.
