In March 2017, we were enlisted to provide AV solutions for UK’s leading retailer of automotive and cycling products, Halfords. This was a two day conference for over 1000 senior staff, and coincided with Halfords’ 125th anniversary.
The conference was held at Cheltenham Racecourse’s beautiful 350 acre site in the Cotswold hills.
With a huge Cinemascope screen in the Cheltenham Racecourse venue, we provided the organisers with Barco projectors and lenses for a full HD viewing experience – plus a dedicated projector technician to coordinate the content throughout (plus any last minute changes!).
The reaction from the Halfords team and delegates was fantastic and the event was a great success.
