Pop Fields is a brand new, outdoor sports area in the heart of Brixton. Over the summer it will become the best place in London to play, watch and get involved in every moment of the sporting highlights from around the world.

Pop Fields will be hosting Brixton’s most exciting sports days, inviting local schools and sports clubs to use its multi-sport pitch to host summer tournaments, fun events and special occasions. It is also a brand new spot to sit back and enjoy the summer. With all the sporting highlights on the big screen, street food from Pop Brixton’s traders, and drinks served up by a couple of brand new craft bars, there’s no better place to soak up the sun.

Over the summer of 2016 it was one of the best places in London to play, watch and get involved in every moment of the sporting highlights from around the world. Block WorkOut Foundation was proud to be providing community sessions every Tuesday through summer.
Sessions were free and for people of all fitness levels and abilities and our experienced Block WorkOut trainers worked closely with individuals to create a fun fitness environment where they can reach their goals.
Our ultra-bright outdoor 8.9mm LED screen installed here lets everyone visiting Pop Fields to enjoy all the summers sporting events, including the Euro 2016 Football competition. Even on the sunniest day, the image remains clear and sharp. The system we installed was cutting edge, using a Barco Image pro for switching and scaling a wide range of sources required. Logos and advert play backs were automatically triggered during the day, via our remote linked onsite hard drive media player. We also assisted the install of a centralised sound system that was design to avoid excessive noise pollution in the area.
